Telehealth provided using ZOOM, and is available to all existing patients

How Does Telehealth Work?

1. Call the office to schedule your televisit
2. The appointment scheduler will book your appointment as usual
3. You will receive an email or text message 
4. Before starting your televisit, please make sure you have a web camera and microphone on your device, and that it is turned on
5. If joining by mobile phone, you will also need to download the ZOOM app
6. 5 minutes before the appointment, click on the link that was emailed or texted to you. Please call the office if you have not received a link or the link is not working.
7. Await for your provider to join the meeting and admit you to the visit
Our medical assistant may call you ten minutes before the visit
Please keep your medication bottles on hand for the duration of your appointment
Keep your vital signs (Blood Pressure, Weight, Pulse, Temperature) ready if you have them
