Should I schedule an in-person or telehealth visit?

Many conditions can be managed with a telehealth visit including cold, flu, allergy symptoms, many types of rashes, and painful conditions in most areas of the body. Telehealth is perfect for evaluating symptoms of anxiety and other behavioral concerns like depression, anxiety, and ADD. Many chronic conditions can be monitored with telehealth.

How do I book a telehealth appointment?

Simply call the office location you are interested in seeing, and we will schedule your appointment.

Is telehealth covered by insurance?

BlueCross BlueShield NC, Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare cover primary care telehealth visits. Self-pay options are available.

What kind of technology do I need to have for a televist?

A laptop, tablet, smartphone, or desktop computer with access to ZOOM. Devices must have a camera and microphone.

Can I still book an in-person appointment?

In-person appointments are available at both of our locations, however, please call our office first so we can determine if an in-office visit would be appropriate at this time.
